for all smart tools, smart initialization, consistency script, and text formatters created within the National Weather Service for the Gridded Forecast Editor.

Which Interface should I use?
Site Interface is for offices who are using or want to use an smart tool.
If you think you are going to be doing any downloading at all this is the interface you must use. Offices can download and register a tool , search/post bugs, or search/post comments for an tool
Developer Interface is for developers to upload new Tools and
documentation, start new versions or edit existing application information
