Files may be unavailable due to machine switches on NCEP CCS.
These files are generated via MDL users' crons, not from the operational job stream. Delays in
job completion and file availability are to be expected when NCEP switches production machines.
NOTE TO USERS: Some COOP sites have been removed from 2.5 km MaxT/MinT analyses.

link, then the images for that element are either missing or in the process of being created. New images are created twice daily and
may be unavailable around 2:45 AM EDT for 0000 UTC cycle and 2:45 PM EDT for 1200 UTC cycle.
