Files may be unavailable due to machine switches on NCEP CCS. These files are generated via MDL users' crons, not from the operational job stream. Delays in job completion and file availability are to be expected when NCEP switches production machines.

Predominant Weather (Wx) is the expected weather (precipitating or non-precipitating) valid at the indicated hour. The weather element includes type, probability, and intensity information.
